"Hate that!!! Can’t contact with them! And they don’t do that, too! They need deliver my biometric card, but they doing that to my old address!!! I try send them email, but my shipment number didn’t find (they say). And what i must do? Horrible website! Horrible service!"

"What a Joke of a driver, he delivered my passport to a different address on the same road. Thankfully the people at that address know me a little and came and gave me my envelope. Imagine a passport going into the wrong hands and what can be done with it on the black market !!!"

"Parcels returned to depot undelivered, no email to confirm this action no updates at all.Even 48hrs later still not showing any updates or even if out for delivery... Had to wait 20mins on telephone to customer service to ask what was happening to my now urgent delivery...Advised out for delivery today,still not showing on their website.Could have saved a 20 min phone call.If website or an up to date email to confirm."

"Waited in all day for my passport to be delivered. At 7:05pm a van pulled up outside my house then drove off. Shortly after I received a text from TNT to say they had been unable to deliver my passport and to click the link to arrange another delivery. It does help if you knock on my door before you drive off! As the link you sent in the text does not work, I’d appreciate it if could you advise what I should do now."
