"I ordered a cab in advance. I received a confirmation email. To pick up me and child from gymnastics….at night in the middle of nowhere. The cab did not arrive. Rang constantly for 20mins, eventually a lady answered and put me straight on hold. This happened three times. My daughter and I were approached by strangers while standing in the freezing cold and rain. Worst experience ever. Not to be trusted. They will mess you about. The service is not what they used to be. Don’t bother yourself."
