"Was good value for money, was a bit of Misunderstanding as I thought the price Included breakfast. So had to pay for the breakfast. It is a pity they have not got A bedside cabinet at the side of the bed."
"Staff seemed friendly but I left my fitbit there by accident. I sent a self addressed envelope with a letter asking for proof of posting so that I knew they had posted it as promised. A month later, the fitbit hasn't arrived. They have told me to be patient as there are postal strikes but I don't think stuff is taking a month to arrive. They didn't get proof of posting so they're unable to prove that they posted it. It also means that the post office won't compensate me. As far as I am aware, they are now liable for the cost of the fitbit because, if they did post it, the poster remains responsible until the package arrives. They have not offered me any compensation! For a cheap hotel, with a lumpy bed, it ended up costing me a lot of money."
"All staff members are so friendly and helpful. I had to wake Garrah up at 4am when I popped out for a ciggy. I was so surprised to get a sweet smile as he let me in. Not sure that I could keep up such wonderful customer service at that time in the morning. Nothing is too much for these guys. I feel safe knowing that they are around and the lady that works at night, Annemarie, is so welcoming and kind and cooks an amazing breakfast. This is an old hotel and the decor is not modern but it has character and the wonderful staff make it a great place to stay ."
"Booked by my employer for week of stay. First night within hour of check in sorry I cannot stay here. It smells and is so dated and run down. Deserves a 1 star certainly not 3. Also electrical sockets hanging off walls. Probably one of the worst places I've seen"
