"I booked for my disabled son and family to attend for his 21st birthday. Unfortunately, due to his disability, he is unable to attend. I have given 2 weeks notice to cancel and have been refused a full refund, even though the cancellation is completely due to his disabilities and I have offered to show proof of his diagnoses. Do not book with this company. They are NOT disability friendly. When asked, the person who I spoke to simply passed the blame to management. This is NOT how I expect to be treated in 2023 regarding disability prejudice."

"I would strongly advise NOT to have a birthday party here, and this is why! My son had his birthday party here and what a disappointment it was! I have also emailed this branch and Laser Quest HQ with our concerns, but after 9 days, I have not received a reply. Not even ‘We are looking into it’. There was a very limited safety briefing which merely stated no sprinting, no colliding with other players, no lying on the ground and no shooting in the eyes. That was all. There was no advice on how to use the equipment, how to score points etc. There was no assistance or advice when putting on the packs. The straps were not adjusted and so the children went out to play the game with incorrectly fitting packs. All the children subsequently complained of pains in their upper back and neck as well as some having skin abrasions on their back. This is all derived from incorrectly fitted packs. Once the two games had been played, it was time for food. The person who we had overseeing the food time was clearly only there to collect his 'pay cheque'. We had to ask for plates, napkins and knives for the cake cutting. When there was a spillage, there was no action from him. We had to find the roll of paper towels and wipe up the liquid that was on the table ourselves. If he had not been there, we would not have noticed any difference - he was that ineffective! The website states that the birthday party includes an augmented climbing. However, there was no structured use of it. Despite stating, when we called to confirm numbers, that we required a gluten free pizza, disappointingly no note was made on their system. This meant that no gluten free pizza arrived along with the other pizzas and specially ordered chicken strips. Fortuitously, a gluten free pizza was found although it arrived at the same time as the birthday cake was served as we had to be out of the room by a certain time, so it was all very rushed. Overall - an unsatisfactory party for which we paid a lot. We have raised our concerns but I have been ignored!"

"First time coming today and had purchased 2games for 2 via groupon. Great price can't complain for a activity day for any occasion! Good fun activity for all ages, first game was better with more people. Unsure what itd be like on quiet days and how the game would be made up without paying players and only 2 staff. It's a shame that the wall facility is also payment as could be a activity for those waiting before and between games as the only downside is if there's a wait there's nothing to occupy children especially without spending money in the arcade. Staff were friendly and instructions were clear although could maybe be explained with a little more detail, as we were new comers and other players weren't we found we had to ask questions as the rules ran through were basic reminders. Enjoyed both games very much coming 3&4 game 1 and in game 2 2&9. Again Games go quicker and more enjoyable with more players. Find yourself standing around starting to clock watch when only small amount players playing. Will definitely be coming to laser quest again sometime in the future. Recommend to all ages families/groups of all sizes"
