"Our little one loves it here but it does need a little tidying up. A recent visit highlighted quite a sharp protrusion on one of the wall mounted fiddle boards at head height for a toddler and lots of things could just do with replacing. Coffee is always nice and it never gets too busy but sometimes kids do get unruly (parents fault) but staff seem too inexperienced to intervene. Good value though and tires the kids out nicely."

"Absolutely loved Totcity Winchester with my 2 year old. So much to do and to explore! The toys were so clean, in great condition and it’s lovely to be able to enjoy a hot cup of tea whilst you know your child is safe in a fenced off area and having the best time! Would recommend to everyone, great place to spend some time!"

"WINCHESTER- We have been first time in TotCity Winchester this morning / first slot. It looked messy and very dirty floors, toys very used / not working & there is portable aircon WITHOUT exhaust outside, completely pointless and was really hot. MUCH smaller than expected and is not on the same level as the coffee shop so you can’t drink coffee and watch kids at the same time. Highly disappointed. We paid £10 for 1,5h (2 adults, 1 child) and didn’t feel like our baby had any better fun than at home."
