"Arrived to at Rush Saturday to find our toddler couldn't bounce. Fair enough. Me my wife to be and toddler booked the Sunday 9am session and paid. On arrival the member of staff had charged us for 1 adult and 1 child. Whether she was lacking in brain cells or just assumed Ruby was not bouncing because I'm white and she's Asian and my child white I have no idea. At this point there is no problem. I offer to pay for another adult. Instead they refuse saying the session is fully booked. We tried to take it in turns as the 2 year old was crying asking for her step mum. They spent the whole session trying to stop us sharing. The reason for not letting us pay was because the numbers are too many. But swapping socks after their error and not bouncing together and offering to pay ? That's really bad customer service. The activities here are fun but having had my day ruined by the staff and leaving my partner upset means I won't be going there again and wish you better luck."

"Great indoor trampoline park. There are a lot to do in the venue. A great venue for when the weather is bad. Age restriction is four year old plus. There is a café on site on the first floor where you can see your children playing in the trampolines while are you having a coffee or lunch. Adults can also join the children on the trampoline. There are plenty of free on-site parking. If you fancy a pub lunch, there is a pub called the squirrel half miles away which is a very good pub, food and reasonable priced."

"We went during the day as our school was closed for Inset, it was so peaceful and quiet, which was great for baby. The children had a great time and it wasn't stressful for us adults to keep an eye on them. The coffee and the pizza were lovely!"

"The staff on the 1 October were so friendly. They helped me with a booking error I made. They did this without a fuss. The jumping area and the toilets were clean. Great music. I would highly recommend."

"Great place for a kids birthday! I would give 5 stars but for the money you pay per child for the party I think the staff could make it a bit more personable for the actual birthday child. Can't complain about the lady who was our party planner because she was fantastic and obviously trained to do so much. Place was clean and tidy and the Birthday experience was really good. Just need to make the whole experience a bit more about the child who's birthday it is. Maybe go first on jumps and ask them what they think they could do to make it more of 'their' day"
