"Dal kaur the "Manager" of Argos Shirley - what a state she is! Her attitude is disgusting. And her customer service and mannerism towards customers is a disgrace. There is no way she should be allowed to deal with people with the way she dealt with me today. I will be writing to Argos head office. She was rude and most likely racist. She swore at me and mumbled under her voice and I could see her talking about me to her staff in the back. I was simply returning an online order which I wIlling to exchange with other products however she said she can't order in and was not bothered about talking to me. I just said refund would be fine. I had my online order receipt and card and she was giving me attitude and threw the receipt on the desk and didn't say anything. If she ever done this in my industry then she wouldn't be allowed to even be customer facing. Im sure the sales and footfall must be poor if this is who is in charge of this store. Poor woman must be going through a lot if this is how unhappy she is to be at work. If you don't want to work then give someone else the opportunity!! "Great experience in Argos! Very quick and efficient. Used my All for one gift card at the checkout and got given advise about what product would be best for me. Very knowledgable staff and will definitely be coming back!"

"It's a few kiosks and checkout tills, at one end of the old Sainsbury's checkouts. Considering its shoe horned into a tiny space it works surprising well. Enter Argos via Sainsbury's main entrance and immediately turn left. You can't miss the Argos sign. Free parking in the Sainsbury's car park and they had the item in-stock that two other more local Argos didn't have. Did two jobs in one and got some supermarket food and Argos supplied the utensils to eat it."

"Absolutely disgusting have gone to return item this evening and got told it can’t be taken back due to having hand prints and dust on young girl and lad both making out there managers attitude stinks so having driven all way to hedge end due to it not being excepted due to policy I have now a refund thanks so much to hedge end Sainsbury’s. Shirley Argos sort your staff out!!!!"

"Awful. Placed an order in this store for bedroom furniture which went through multiple times. The order was cancelled but it took 2 weeks for the refund to be processed. Multiple orders of bedroom furniture were delivered which Argos then refused to collect and wanted me to bring to the store myself. Eventually they collected after a lot of back and forth but it was way too much hassle for something that should have been straight forward. Avoid this store for deliveries/larger purchases."
