"Needed a bunch of flowers that could travel on my moped without getting thrashed. The lady in the shop worked with that and the result was this arrangement which went down a treat with it's recipient... Also noticed a few potted cheese plants there so I may be back soon..."
"Just walked out of the shop but was treated so badly that I had to write something right now! I am absolutely appalled with how the customer service treated me. This is not how you treat any guest into your business, it’s shocking. You just lost a customer, and any second hand customers that I would’ve recommended your place to if it wasn’t so terrible. As soon as I walked into the shop, they all kept their heads down and were silent, even when I tried addressing them for some help with picking flowers. Initially I gave them the benefit of the doubt, as it is Valentine’s Day and probably busy. So I started looking around myself when this old aggressive man started yelling at me in a very condescending tone. He told me that I wasn’t allowed to look around and that I wasn’t allowed in the shop. I was so confused, to the point where I just walked out and tried to avoid any conflict, because clearly this man did not have any awareness of proper etiquette and I was not going to let him treat me this way. I walked to the nearest flower shop where they treated me like a human being. It’s not that hard to do. I do not recommend anyone buying from here ever."
"Came to the shop today on Valentine’s Day to buy flowers for my lovely wife. Unfortunately was treated very poorly immediately after entering the shop. The man there spoke to me very aggressively and didn’t seem interested in selling anything. No help was offered, and when I asked for some help they didn’t even acknowledge me. This isn't how you treat customers so I walked out and bought flowers at the nearest shop (who were lovely and treated me very well). The flowers weren’t good at this shop either. Very old and wrinkled. Overall, I do NOT recommend going here for buying flowers."
