"I give 1 star when I wish I could give zero. I ordered for a friend from out of country and was treated horribly by the woman who answered the phone. I had a large order which I thought would be a big deal to them- apparently not. Not only did it not get delivered at all- they made all the excuses as to why they couldn't refund my $$. She said how she was stressed about Covid 19 and that she didn't owe me an explanation or $$. I was then transferred to the owner who is apparently her spouse of some sort from what I gathered because he defended her and told me he was suffering from Coronavirus as an excuse..(but I heard them laughing in the background) I doubt it- he sounded fine. Also the owner of the shop did not isolate after he said he was exposed. Hmmm. Would not recommend."
"Alright, these guys deserve 10 stars. I entered the wrong delivery address when I placed my order, so I immediately called the store to straighten things out. The woman on the phone was lovely and very helpful. Only a few hours after ordering we were informed the recipient of the flowers already received them! I can’t believe how fast they were delivered. My partners aunt loved the flowers and said they were absolutely beautiful. Thanks a million! :)"
