"I ordered flowers for valentines day and they never arrived. Contacted store a few days later and was promised a refund within 5 working days. This refund was never processed. I've contacted the store few times within the last week to which they've stated they would contact me back, they still haven't. Not one for writing reviews but very disappointed that flowers never arrived initially and then the hassle of trying to get refund is quite unprofessional."

"My husband ordered expensive Valentine’s Day flowers for delivery. They arrived on the turn—missing petals, browning, and holes in them. The flowers won’t even look nice for today. The quality was very poor. I tried to call and email (I also messaged on social media), but I could not get through to them. I drove out to their Raheny address, and the store said closed for renovations (fully empty). I would not recommend them. I’m so disappointed as I was so hopeful about having a nice local florist. It ruined a special gesture from my husband at significant cost."
