"I met Suzanne yesterday with my mom and she was so lovely and approachable. I noticed the high quality of the stones and items for sale here. We had no appointment made and Susanne was so welcoming. She went out of her way bringing us upstairs to a lovely room to look at rings. She spent much time showing us different beautiful eternity rings and there is a no pressure/ no rush environment here.
