"please fix your stairs. i almost lost my life coming down those stairs because 1. there is no sign stating that the stairs are broken 2. those stairs are steep as is so that is not good. I can 100% guarantee i would have opened a lawsuit against this place if i had fallen. I came for an appointment and expected a professional area but if I had fallen then what happens? please fix this and at least have a warning sign somewhere.."
