"Rebecca is an excellent groomer, I highly recommend her. Our little dog Percy has been to see her multiple times and we're always so happy with how well he looks after and how relaxed and happy he is there. Unlike some other places, Rebecca does not hold your dog in a crate while waiting to be groomed. The atmosphere is relaxed and you know your dog is getting her full attention during his time there. Percy had his very first groom with Rebecca as a small pup and got on so well. He absolutely loves going to see her to get a nice trim and wash. He comes back looking and feeling fabulous. He is a Cavalier King Charles so requires a specific cut and his long ears are a nightmare to clean and dry however Rebecca always takes the time to get him looking amazing."

"Took my 5 month old Shih Tzu/ Maltese Cross to Rebecca for the 1st time. Came home with a pup she styled like a Schnauzer. He went from a long haired, full of life pup. To a shell of himself, traumatised, refusing food and crying for the rest of the day. My son cried on the drive home asking why. Was told there were some knots and on his legs and chest. No reason to chipper him so tight from head to toe, esp in a pup so young, with a double coat that's not supposed to be shaved. He wouldn't even walk to greet us, he was shaking so much. No heads up, no courtesy call or asking for approval before completely destroying our dog. Rebecca decided how our dog would look and we just had to accept it. Will take months to grow back. She is a butcher, don't let her do this to your dog."
