Reviews of Seven Springs B&B
"I’ve stayed in kips around Ireland before but this takes the biscuit, room was dirty shower was dirty carpet smelled, kathleen is a good actor I’ll give her that much, she knows how to pretend to be nice,I never felt like leaving a place so quick before. Breakfast was ding ding ding microwave all the way. My stomach was sore after it. All these reviews are nonsense. And the price we paid was silly."
"I have stayed at Seven Springs for the last three years for four nights in early May and thoroughly enjoyed all of my stays. Kathleen is the perfect host and is only too happy to help in any way she possibly can. On arrival into Newbridge, Kathleen was there to meet us and drive us to the B&B, just a few minutes drive from the town centre, she also gave us lifts to Newbridge railway station/town centre throughout our stay. On arrival at the B&B, we were offered tea, coffee and plenty of biscuits, this was offered regularly throughout our stay, we also had use of the guest lounge to sit and relax in. I have stayed in a different room for each of my stays and all of them have been fresh, clean, comfortable and had en-suite facilities, a bath is available on request. The breakfasts are wonderful and really set you up for the day, I found I usually wasn't hungry again until the evening which I think is pretty impressive. Breakfast was served at whatever time we wanted which worked very well. More breakfast items were always available, if we wanted them. I feel the price for the accommodation is very reasonable for everything that is offered. I look forward to staying again in the future and would highly recommend Seven Springs and would like to thank Kathleen for being such a great host. I have seen a negative review was recently posted but would like to re-assure anyone reading these reviews that I believe this to be most untrue and unfair and not in any way a true reflection of the service that Seven Springs offers."
"Such a beautiful B&B to stay never felt so much at home in a place. Kathleen is such a lovely woman so kind and welcome and would do anything for you if she could. I would definitely recommend anybody coming up this way to stay here beautiful place. Thanks very much Kathleen"
"False advertising A total kip! Very basic accommodation and dated In need of refurbishment WiFi, deluxe bathroom facilities and tea/coffee making facilities advertised but not in room Very cold in room Bed was not clean Carpet was dirty Was going to stay a few nights but left after one One night was even too long! €70 for one night without breakfast for a kip! Highway robbery I was glad I didn't have it as someone else said it was inedible. Then when I left she had the audacity to look for more money off of me- for a kip! I was even more shocked when I read in another review that she had done this to someone else too! A money-grabbing person pretending to be nice. Do not use! I repeat do not use!!"
"Very friendly & good food. The only drawback is the stairs if you're an older person, but we had the owners daughter take our bags upstairs (thank you Dee). It's 1 hour from Dublin's city center. There is a silver factory in the town of Newbridge. Overall it was a nice stay, with lovely people."
