"Really dismissive staff. Brought my dog for a check up for a lump and for loss in appetite. When I saw the vet she said lump needs to be removed and was urgent. Felt like I was not being heard or taken serious as she gave me all the treatment that would need to be done which included bloods. When I asked could we do blood that day she dismissed me and told me if I don’t intend on going through with surgery there would be no point. I had every intention of doing all treatment to make my dog better. After that I heard nothing from them for days I had to email and call a few times to get a response then I was informed vet and manager were away at the moment. I have to bring my dog to an emergency clinic to do surgery and chose another vet for after care after as I was unhappy with their lack of urgency. I ask for my dogs medical history to be sent and they emailed me to inform me they had sent it on to my new vet. A week later I’m informed they never sent it I rang and was told there was a note to have it sent over but they hadn’t sent it. When it was eventually sent they had not sent on half of my dog medical history and also the notes were wrong saying that my dog was eating fine after I made it known to the vet she wasn’t eating. When I brought this up I was just told that they can’t edit medical notes. Very frustrated and disappointed with this clinic."

"Really is worth the 5 stars! Honestly they are great, they care more about the dogs then the owners which is what you want but obviously mean that in the best way possible! They have looked after my pug and collie X since birth and helped through any issues we have had!"
