"You can feel how they love animals. We brought our cat to get him neutered and the nurses explained the whole procedure carefully and clear to us, giving us all the information about what was going to be done and tips to follow at home after the surgery. All you get there is smiles, warm welcomes and an extremely and attentive care. It is needed as we all know our pets are our children :) I highly recommend this place!"

"DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS CROWD. I rang the vet last night (January 13th) around 6pm after I found out that my dog found a stash of Christmas sweets and helped himself to loads. I was worried and rang them as they are our regular vet. Shocked to hear that "they had no appointments available" and that I should go to UCD to get my dog checked out. I understand that you close at 7pm but I just said my dog ate a load of chocolates and sweets?? It was clearly an emergency! No empathy shown even though I was panicked and clearly on the verge of tears, she offered UCD's number and when I went to grab a pen, I heard her laugh while still on the phone to me. Shocking! I rang a vet located in Terenure and they were closing soon as well but told me to bring my dog in as soon as I could to get him checked and treated. My dog got treated and I am so happy I didn't wait as I was told he had a dangerous amount of sweets. The treatment I got from this vet practice is atrocious as an existing customer and how they can turn me away during such a time makes me question how much they truly care about animals. I was very close to signing up for their care plan but so happy now that I didn't. Needless to say I will not be back nor will I ever recommend this vet to anyone. *My name and dog is in your system if you look me up as the lady who answered the phone brought up my record no problem. I am indeed an existing customer*"
