Reviews of Boots
"Staff are generally nice except for the big, giant security guard. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a shop. He has very obviously followed me around the shop on several occasions,to the point I would rather order online for delivery then be made feel like I am robbing the shop. Since going online I've realised my vitamins are cheaper on amazon so I shop there now instead. Its sad as I love browsing the shelves during Christmas season and letting my children pick gifts for their relatives."
"the security guard is so disrespectful and racist. he followed me and my friend around the store for no reason. a week ago or so, he kicked us out of the store and said we're not allowed back in the store. we didnt even do anything wrong, this is disgraceful service."
"Today my paper bag ripped so I asked the makeup lady at the Chanel counter if the shop had a bin. The lady in question gave me the filthiest look up and down and preceded to point her index finger at me and flick it to state in her Eastern European accent "No, there's no bins here, you'll have to take that outside". I was quite upset about it and so I went outside to put the bag in the bin, but I quickly came back inside to complain to the manager about the way I was treated. Upon entering again I found two staff members and asked them if I may speak with the manager. The two staff ladies happily went about bringing me to the manager. The manager apologised once I told her the story, she seemed to be listening, she stated that they did have a bin within the store, and then she seemed more concerned about the bag issue, and proceeded to help me by retrieving another bag. I told the manager that if I was to look at the staff member and speak to her the way I was spoken to, that I would be labeled racist by her and management, and I would be asked to leave the store. The manager proceeded to state that it was unexceptable what had happened, and that she would "Speak with the staff member concerned". Clearly this was all a rouse because management jumped behind the till next to were we were standing, even though it was not busy, and proceeded to except customers. I gave her time and proceeded to stay within the store for about twenty minutes. At no point was I approached by management to state that she had or had not spoken with the staff member concerned. Nor did I see it happen. Having spent money here in the past I will not be returning. Must be keeping up with Flannels."
"Nice place. Well layed out clean. I was buying the 12 days of Xmas Disney socks and the staff were very helpful in helping me find them. There was only one left which the box was torn and I asked could I have it discounted at the counter.. the girls there were happy to ask the manager and I got it reduced by 1/3rd of the price so 5*. Thanks btw."
