I don't know how he got the job but I won't be coming back and londis need to reconsider how they hire and check the staff and listen to customer feedback more"

"I am a student at Staffordshire university. The people working at this store are absolutely horrible people. Even though I have been a regular customer, they have been terrible and rude. I was stuck outside my home and needed some help to charge my phone for just a minute, but all they did was scream at me and try and chase me down. As a young student this was a horrifying experience and I can’t believe people at this store are so unwilling to help. I will never go to Londis again and wouldn’t suggest anyone else to visit buy anything from there too."
