"Don’t bother signing up for the 4 day free trial, they send an email stating that they will contact you on the day to start the trial but you never hear from them and when you go to call to ask if you can start that day they are useless and say that you have to wait for a call that you’ll never get. Scam"
"Great gym and lovely staff. Cafe does a good smoothy and nice food."
"The only thing they're are good at is stealing your money. If you think of freezing your subscription they keep charging you after 3 months (which wasn't communicated to me back then), and without any notice about stopping or starting. Rude staff and phone customer support. Expensive and dirty as everyone said in reviews. Better to subscribe to the gym next to your house, way more convenient. Think 10 times before joining them."
"I was a member at Westmanstown for several months. There are a few problems already mentioned in other comments but all in all it was ok. It's starting to become very crowded especially during peak times and it is difficult to get a decent workout. I have the impression all this is related to a "4 days for free" marketing campaign on their website. The problem is increasing because members (or 4 day testers) are blocking machines while training on other machines or being "downstairs at the restroom" then demanding you to free "their machines" when coming back after 10 minutes. When I complained about this situation (there are actually signs you should not even check you phone on the bench) I was first ignored then told it's ok to block a machine. Left the gym and canceled my membership - still waiting for the call back. Not worth the money. I don't care about a lot of facilities (e.g. Spa) there but it is pretty essential to get a decent workout."
"There yesterday. Not worth what they charge. Rejoining fee of €50 is a con on top of €89 pm for one adult. Facilities need to be better for price. Showers and changing rooms have always been poor. Other good gyms around for 1/3 of the cost. Just my opinion ."
