"Wasted my time making a trip to this store and an unhelpful manager today. They didn't have my size in a football boot but they had the next size up so I tried it and it fit. I has happy to purchase but the pair I tried on was a display pair and they were damaged. I asked for another pair in the same size but they didn't have another pair. The employee told me I could raise it with the manager to get a discount as they were damaged. The manager at the till was very unfriendly and agreed they were damaged but that they had only been on the floor for 6 days so he wouldn't do anything for me. Basically if you are looking to purchase something from lifestyle, don't go to this store as they have poor stock and although I still would have purchased the boots, the managers attitude changed my mind."
"I cannot get over the staff in this place. Asked 5 times for particular runners, eventually I had to ask again did they find them, to which I got a shrug of the shoulders saying they did not have my size. A severe lack of basic intelligence, customer service and basic manners in this shop. Absolutely appalled at the staff in this store."
"Went in with my little lad who fell in the ice skating rink and was wet from head to toe had to get him a full new rigout staff could not have been more helpful and even let me change him in the dressing rooms without a problem reminded me of years ago when you could wear your new runners out of a shop.. Thanks for all your help staff very pleasant and helpful in a very busy Christmas period..."
