Wrong item arrived. An overpriced foam roller which I did not want and did not order. Would not replace with the correct item. Wanted me to pay to return it myself. Made no effort. Sent 2 emails before reply. Sent further emails. Lied to me about the item I wanted being out of stock (in stock online). I used them in an effort to shop Irish. Never ever again. Some shoppers that I know like pilates instructors and osteopath have already agreed not to use this company. I would advise anyone reading to avoid it too."
