"Really disappointed with the agency. I would not recommend. Incredibly responsive when we needed someone but that individual resigned at 4 months due to the travel to our home. We tried several times and through several different communication channels to discuss options around the fee as we need someone else, but there has been zero response. I would say this is an agency who is solely focused on getting their upfront fee and not building a long term relationship with their clients."
