"Apart from the Wexford branch it has been a very long time since I've been in a Dublin branch record store. Normally order online instead when the special offers come along. Once the order is processed about four working days when it arrives by post. Overall happy doing business with them rather than the U.K. like Amazon etc."

"I bought a record, when I got home I realized it was broken, I returned it and got another copy of the same one… it was broken too… so I finally decided to return it and get a refund because evidently the batch was faulty. The very nice employee at the cashier was very understanding and told me it happened very often that batches would be faulty and records broken…. Afterwards she informed me that the store does not do refunds (even though they sell items that knowingly could be faulty). I stood there feeling like a fool for buying a faulty item in probably one of the last stores in Ireland who don’t do full refunds for items returned that they know could be faulty…. I am sounding like a broken record myself, but I am still baffled by this store’s return policy that made me purchase another (likely to be faulty) item instead of getting my money back."
