"Disappointing experience. The room was beautiful but food couldn't be further from 5 star. Our table was not ready when we arrived so one of the staff went to get it prepared, we were then told it was ready and pointed in the general direction of the table, unsure of which one to take as it was not set and we had to put some of the chairs up to it ourselves. Instead of being given menus or asked what we might like to drink we had to get up from the table and search for the menus. The food was poor, the Caesar salad at €17 had to have come straight out of a Tesco salad bag. Overall it is the worst dining experience we have had in a long time. Radisson really need to improve on both their service and their food. For such a lovely setting both these issues really let them down."
