We're supposed to arrive at 21.00 so no food for my family for 12 hours, ridiculous. The money we've pad for this holiday, its a joke"
"Just booked a holiday to go skiing with Neilson. We had to call up to confirm how we add ski carriage. We were told to just book the holiday then we would be given the option to add carriage as an extra. If we were not offered this option as they may have reached their capacity we could book it directly with Jet 2. We now can't login to jet 2 as our details are incorrect. We have been on the phone for over an hour and 30 minutes before i gave up. not good enough!"
