"I found the changing rooms to be dirty and covered in hair and bits, the shower water was all cold and there was a fair amount of debris in the water, there was only one hair dryer working, which seemed a good reflection of the lack of attention to the place. If they cleaned the pool and changing rooms and put the hot on for the showers it would be the perfect quiet little local pool. Easily rectified issues! I hope they do! Happily give it a 5 stars with a bit of cleaning"

"Extremely lovely, friendly and kind staff. I have only had experience with free swimming in the main pool which is a pretty standard pool, somewhat small but does the job, however it can quickly feel crowded at busy times. There is a designated lane for people who want to do laps without interruption. There are goggles and arm bands available at the reception counter which is always nice, and floats/pool noodles available for use once in the pool. Local kids can get leisure cards which means they swim free or reduced, and there is a reduced price for regular swimmers (membership), disabled people and elderly people. My only complaint is that every time I have been there, the toilets have been really unclean and really quite unpleasant to use. As a result, I try to avoid them at all costs. Sometimes the tap hasn't been working so you couldn't wash your hands. The changing area and pool itself however are clean so it is a shame that the toilets do not meet the same standard. However, all in all, it is a good pool in a convenient location for locals, and great service/atmosphere created by the staff."

"This place, in my view, is one of the most accepting and accessible pools in Brighton! There is also a time table which includes the times of women's only, adults only and trans swimming times ♡ The pool is usually very warm.. sometimes 30°. There is a chair lift, for people who cannot get in and out of the pool easily without assistance. For people in constant need of wheelchairs and Powerchairs this is great! Disabled changing room is massive and even comes with a changing bed! Staff are absolutely lovely and very accommodating ♡"
