"My daughter commissioned Lee and her wonderful team to design and build a Granny Flat for her. After meeting Lee and seeing how hands on she was with my daughters build, I too commissioned her to build a stand alone Granny Flat for me so I would have a solid source of income for my retirement. WOW is all I can say! Lee went above and beyond our expectations and was so kind holding our hands throughout the whole process...NOTHING! Was too much to ask Lee for, she even responded back to queries sent on Sundays! I cannot thank Lee enough and I would be delighted to show anyone around our Granny Flat. "We employed Granny Flats, owned by Lee, to build an office pod in our back garden. Lee coordinated the building efforts by hiring subcontractors for each of the major tasks involved in constructing a habitable building. She is very generous and works hard as evidenced by her prompt replies regardless of the time of day. The completed office pod looks beautiful and is very energy efficient. Lee streamlined the process of building the office pod and delivered everything that was promised. Would recommend to a friend."

Contacted Lee in Granny Flats last December about building an apartment for my dad who had a stroke and needed an accessible place to live. From start to finish Lee was great to work with. But apart from anything else, it was just hassle free. I received an engineers report on completion. They cleaned up everything once finished and even put some fresh grass seed down for me.
