"There's always that single apartment on the fourth floor. It's an Airbnb which is not allowed in this complex. People are always noisy and loud. I could smell the weed coming out of that apartment. Disgraceful! You can't even call security or anything."

"I think they have several units but the one we had was not pleasant to stay in. Got it through Air BnB...The hairdryer didn't work, the washer and dryer didn't work, the water heater was set to a timer and shut off after our first night and we were there for 2 nights. The pots and pans were unusable! The TV remote didn't work either. There were dirty towels left hanging behind our door in a bedroom. We let the person we were dealing with know and they did offer to come and fix the remote/tv but we were gone all day and we said no because we had all of our belongings there. When we told them about the water heater, they gave us some suggestions but they did not work so we had no hot water to shower with. My husband complained on the Air BnB site and that person just said we were "demanding people". I don't feel we are demanding wanting hot water!! He advertised a hair dryer so I think there should be a working one! Women like to blow dry their hair and there were 3 of us! The Teflon pans were disgusting! All scratched up and dirty! Ants as well in the kitchen. The only good thing was that it was in a great location but would stay away ! They just opened a NEW page advertising as 2 bedroom apartment City Centre JB with no reviews! BEWARE"

"I was living there for 9 months and the apartment was pretty good. It's really close to the city center and to Happeny's bridge. If you are looking for and aparment it's a good place. You can find a lot of restaurants on the next street where you can have a lunch and dinner all the days. Furthermore, you would live in front of Jervis Shopping Center, then you can buy whatever you want just crossing the street"

"Nice place to live for shift worker in city centre or student with job or air BnB. All local amenities within walking distance but can feel like everything is on top of you"

"Great place to live. It's like Fort Knox to get into to - plenty of secure doors that you need a fob for. And the lift even needs a fob. The management are also very responsive. The only issue I've had is that the lift kept breaking down before but that's been fixed for about the last two years. The Strand Street entrance could also do with a bit more lighting at night, but having been here for five years I've never had any safety issues"
