"Not very impressed. I had Duncan vet a Shire mare on a 2 stage vetting, and unfortunately the whole process was a disclaimer of things they wouldn't cover rather than a professional opinion that I had hoped for. I did question Duncan's competence & experience when he said he would be unable to tell if there was any swelling on the lower leg due the feather of the heavy breed, which is absurd & completely incorrect for a knowledgeable and experienced vet. Unnecessarily slow turn around time (1 week) for the vetting report which was very basic. Overall I'm not satisfied with with the service and couldn't recommend this practice. Poor knowledge of heavy horse breeds, slow turn around time for the report & expensive for what it was."

They keep you updated as to when they are arriving and are completely professional and fantastic with the horses. Mary and Ben have been great. Would 100% recommend."
