"I had many bad experiences with these vets. They don’t have their own out of hours vets and I had an emergency and was told the one in Worthing they use, didn’t have a vet that night so I was to go to Portsmouth which wasn’t close enough for my emergency. Instead I found a different vets which I now use all the time and love. It highlighted to me how bad this vets service really was as I was between the two vets due to having ongoing treatment. My new vets filled out all the paperwork really efficiently but Heene road took countless chasing which was quite stressful. I also find that they never give a break down the prices, just one figure. I have asked for a breakdown in the past but been referred to their website. The prices are very high in comparison to others in the area. The receptionist was very rude when I chased up the paperwork for the insurance and that was the finally push I needed to change vets. It’s a shame as I have used this one for years l but it’s got very money grabbing and impersonal."

Oh Missy is a lot better than what she was, still very sleepy but eating bits of chicken & rice & drinking water...slowly on the mend..."

"I had to go to this vets on Saturday as my vets which is part of the same group was closed and had to have my dogs dressings changed after a road traffic accident. They were really really good. They were excellent with my dog Cleo and really friendly to me. Lovely staff."
