"I'd like to start by saying what an absolute pleasure it was to visit the Worthing Pets at home branch. The staff were friendly and professional throughout our entire visit. We originally visited with the intention to buy or adopt a rabbit for our little girl. We were looked after a member of staff called Kirstie. I have to say I was absolutely blown away by how good her customer service was. Not only did she provide us with great advice, Kirstie also highlighted some very valid points. Our attention quickly turned to Guinea pigs. Again Kirstie was very informative and incredibly helpful. She spent considerable time with us to discuss options and introduce us to some of the animals in store. In then end we decided to adopt 3 Guinea pigs that had been born in store over the Christmas period. I would like to tell Pets at home that Kirstie is an absolute credit to your company. We will be using this store again."
