"We had my godson's christening here and a have to say the place was amazing. The bartender Holly was brilliant and as a bar supervisor myself she did an exceptional job. Will definitely be recommending to other friends and family. 11/10 service. Thank you."
"Generally nice stay, friendly staff and room comes with everything needed for a short stay. Only minor thing is the walls are pretty thin so music can be heard. But only for one night and ended at the time stated, which we appreciate. Located in nice, quiet residential location not too far from the city centre."
"We had a meal in the Brasserie, the food was first class. Although there is no bar in the room there was no problem with the staff bringing a drink in. The staff were very nice and friendly. Very positive experience, I'll be back."
"The hotel room smelled funny, as well as the hallway, a combination of damp, moldy smell mixed with cleaning product. The room wasn't exactly clean, with layers of dust on the bed next to the mattress, which was clearly past its prime, and bathroom that left much to be desired - I wouldn't mind that it was tiny, with minuscule sink, but it was also moldy, and the shower wasn't draining at all - not to mention the shower system in the first place, which is somewhat peculiar, with one faucet controlling both the stream and the water temperature. The walls of the place are paper thin -I could hear the neighbours-party goers going in and out from the hallway but also heard them talking in their room, live music could be heard from downstairs way past 10pm. I understand wanting to offer live music in the evening but am doubtful about the hotel's ability to do so in a building like this, unless you wanna keep your paying hotel guests awake. The room was very cold at night due to the fact that heating was switched off till the morning."
