"If you're thinking of renting from this company take note that the majority of the positive reviews are from the landlords/homeowners, not the tenants. Numerous issues with the house I moved into since day 1, we are 8 months into the tenancy and they are still blaming the previous letting agents, SAS lettings for the issues. As a tenant I feel that the reason for the disrepair is irrelevant and that it should be sorted within a reasonable timeframe. Insulation in the roof has been wrecked since early December, mold throughout the house, the list goes on and on. They have promised us compensation but will not discuss any details until all of the work in the house is completed which will take several months at the rate it's going. No formal fault reporting or complaint mechanism that i'm aware of, everything is done via a whatsapp group with several things falling between the cracks and never getting sorted. Refused to give the details of the landlord / landlady for several months for unknown reasons. They keep pushing back organising the visit from the Environmental Health Team, I suspect this is so that they don't see the place and measure the temperature during the winter months. One of the tenants is blatantly moving people into the house, giving them keys and treating it like a hotel (Guest House Paradiso comes to mind) When highlighting this to Laura instead of holding the tenant to the terms of their contract she condoned the activity and disbanded the Whatsapp group. Extremely unprofessional and cannot recommend."

"Forwarded the photograph displaying the rubbish out DAYS before the council collection and reported the foul smell emanating from the green bins and the response was they did not consider it to be a Environmental Department matter even though they are being paid to manage the property and all that it entails! Referred the issue to the council and Rent Smart Wales. Received an email from Laura telling US to knock the door of the rental property , wanting us to do the job for them! Are they being deliberately obtuse? The rubbish remains on the pavement! (See the posted answer)."
