"Pretty good place to stay. The room seemed to flip flop between being very warm and cold. The bed was comfortable and I had a pretty good night's sleep. The lift was out of order on my visit and one of the hobs in the kitchen was also out of order. However it's overall a good place to stay for a night"
"The hostel sits in the best location in Swansea you could hope for. Overlooks the castle, right in the centre, close to the bus stop, the train station and near to major shopping complexes. I had a great view of the Christmas parade right from the room windows. The staff is very well behaved, they gave me a call to just help me out with my travel plans. The hostel is super clean, the rooms have multiple windows to let light in. The kitchen and common space are big, well-furnished with a large video screen and streaming subscriptions. The beds and pillows are comfortable. There are two baths and toilets in a single dorm room which is a rare, good thing. The baths and the rooms were well-heated. There are storage boxes, on which one can use a padlock. The prices are incredible too! Just a point for improvement: It would be great to have a few hooks beside all the pods (some had them)."
"We had a great stay at Cwtsh. Booking was easy as we had a few changes to our number in the run up to the stay all of which were patiently accommodated, thank you. We had a large group of 12, booked out a dorm. It was clean, comfortable and had good security. Location was excellent for access to the city centre and there were lots of parking options in walking distance. One small recommendation would be to add a handle to the left side of all the top bunks/pods as access was difficult."
"Great little hostel! We booked 4 beds in the 4 bunk room (there’s only one 4 bunk room so we were placed together). The hostel is on the second floor of the building and is very quiet even on a Friday night despite being in such a central location. Great access to wind street and the rest of the city and the 24 access is very useful. Friendly staff, comfy beds is all you can ask for. I left my headphones in my bunk and the hostel staff were very helpful and I’m now reunited with them. No complaints."
"Great hostel, good location, friendly staff. Literally the only downside was no parking, but it’s very close to car parks which allow 24 hour parking, so no problem there! The room was clean and tidy, the bed was fine. The whole place was very warm, - so if you’re a hot person, you may not enjoy that, although there was a wall mounted fan in our room which helped keep us cool. Showers and toilet were great, (- we were in a double room). The walls have been scratched in the room we were staying in, presumably by luggage but otherwise everything still felt brand new. I think the most lovely element of the stay was the staff being friendly and lovely. Very chilled, very helpful… Would recommend!"
