"The pharmacy staff are really helpful and friendly. They always greet me with a warm welcome and are always so happy to help. They have to deal with rude and obnoxious customers daily and do not get the praise they deserve for putting up with customers that who have nothing better to do than to complain."
"Male Pharmacist that was on duty on Saturday 16th July between 14h30 -15h00 looked angry, depressingly overworked, arrogant and to say the least, rude! The same man, who hardly apologised when I complained about the mistake on my prescription, I ordered 50mg of my medicine and I was given 100mg. Countless medicines ordered, I am told they never received my order, which is a lie, as sometimes when collecting 1 item, I am given all medicines that was lost in one go. I even call before going in person and even then, when I get there, the place is a mess and they can’t find anything. Just look on the floor by your left, the amount of peoples prescriptions that are ready for collection and they are constantly kicking and stepping on. I call several times and asked for my last prescription that was ordered on 23rd June. I was informed it was out of stock. Called yesterday and spoke with a nice person for a change who said the item was ready for collection 2 days after I ordered. Went to pick up today, for the same Pharmacist to say, they did not have my order. I kicked off at this stage, waited for almost 20 minutes and saw my order on the top of the shelf. A woman took off the shelf and the Pharmacist who was really angry said he would have to order again. Unfortunately I have worked in retail before and know when a customer kicks off, usually some people make them wait and came back saying it is out of stock. But unfortunately for this Pharmacist I saw them taking the item off the shelf. When I asked what happened to the item they took off, he was speechless went back made the order and came out saying sorry. The place is a disgrace run by unqualified people who should never be behind that counter."
"Absolutely disgusting place. Not only did they refuse a prescription despite being informed it was being sent to them in plenty of time they then decided to deny someone who suffers from mental illness a prescription tomorrow instead. They then chose to speak to a vulnerable person who was upset in the first place like something they trod in. At best this is abuse of the vulnerable and if anything comes of it I swear to god i will sue. Also denied knowing this person is on medication after reading their meds list and dosage to them. If you can't be bothered to sort out prescriptions then get another job. Scum!"
"Disgraceful. I went to collect my prescription, as I am diabetic, to find they had decided to close. A pharmacy is an important service, not a luxury. I have now got to try and find how to get my medication.via another route on a Sunday or go without until Monday. Absolutely disgusting. The staff in Sainsburys said they did the same last week…."
"Always had very good service from this pharmacy. They have been very helpful in advice and assistance in a couple of instances which went beyond their job description. Always very polite when dealing with the Karens and Kevins who sometimes dump their psychological problems on them . My only need is with their supply chain management system which persistently fails to ensure that a monthly medication is in stock."
