"The range and quality of goods is great but queuing to pay not so much! Very few manned tills open and the queue for the self checkouts was long. Not well organised and found it difficult to work out how to get out of the "pen"... Wish we could go back to the days when there were lots of checkouts with people operating them."
"Went shopping here for my Christmas food on 23rd December at lunchtime ! Yes it was busy but not manic. Had everything that I wanted. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Shelves were well stocked. Bread, as usual, was delicious . The beef joint was melt in the mouth fantastic."
"Generally fine store (apart from the price!) with friendly staff. Very unhappy that my friend was intimidated by a security guard who preserved that he was in the “wrong” toilet. This breaks the Equality Act 2010 and trans inclusion training is clearly necessary to improve this going forward."
"The fruit and veg sections are amazing. The whole store is great, well stocked I've never not found anything I need and the vegetarian/vegan choices are in abundance. The staff and security staff are very helpful and polite."
"Was my usual shopping experience, I use scan and go, so dont really interact with the staff, although have to wait quite some time for a member when it needs a trolley check or assistance. Quite frustrating when things you have on nectar deals are out of stock though, this happens to me quite often. And a lot of the fresh produce is either unavailable or a day away from it's best before/use by date and already looking rather sad and soggy."
