"Waste of time zero customer service. You place an order pay wait for the day of collection you don't get an email confirmation in store. You ring the newhaven branch the man says its not in its an urgent purchase. He promises to call back but you then get an email order canceled. This is not the first time. But I would recommend you get your act together if you want to grow your business because you don't give a dam about your customers"
