Turned out that the element was fine, so he quickly determined where the fault lie, and managed to fix it, no bother. Efficient, professional service, and very reasonable rates. "We've had a big issue with our Neff Slide & Hide Oven door. The internal glass cmae completely off and we could no longer close/open it and use our oven. I have called number of appliance repair specialist in the area and none of them were remotely interested in getting involved. They all expect easy jobs. Gary was the only one who got back to me and although he had no experience with this particular door mechanism, he was happy to come over and have a look. Few weeks later after new parts arrived we have our oven fully working again. I cannot recommend Gary enough, give him a call he will be more then happy to help you out."
