"Went to the Shrewsbury store. The clothes were very creased. Didn't look like any of them had been steamed, just straight out of the boxes on to the hangers. Very unappealing! Waited in line for 20 mins while someone brought back a huge stack of items. One very nice girl serving but a red headed girl putting out clothes kept going past the que and ignoring it. Then she came over to que and yelled at all of us for queing imporperly! I won't be back!!"
