"Adam and the team at Deadgoodundies fully understand what customer service is all about. These guys are the best in the industry when it comes to leading brands, trustworthy service, going the extra mile, product knowledge, knowledge of the industry and quick return of emails. Everything in their store is running live stock count, so if they show they have it, they do. Every single order arrives with every article - exactly what you have ordered - no wrong sizes or missing items. I've never needed to return a single thing. Their product descriptions come from a place of understanding their products and not just copying and pasting the manufacturers description. These guys and gals evaluate their products completely before putting them in the store. They take most of their own photographs of the garments; so you get a level of sizing consistency between brands that you don't get with the manufacturers websites. The website is easy to navigate and they give you good close up detail of the garments, which is actually better than most of the manufacturers. You can see at a glance with their colours and sizing table exactly what is in stock. Their pricing is fair and reasonable but even if it wasn't, I'd still buy here for the level of professionalism they show. I don't write many reviews but Dead Good Undies is such a great example of what every web store should be that I felt it worth my time to give a little bit back."
