Reviews of Kennedy's Pub
"Great pint of Guinness, great bar staff, great pub. Rooms a bit small, but it IS Dublin! Daniella showed me to my room and was brilliant in the bar afterwards. Mark is a skilled barman, couldn't fault pints and service. Top notch for a city center bar."
"This place was perfect. Great people, friendly staff, clean rooms. Only 10 minutes to downtown. The food was great. I will definitly come again. Great live music in the evening."
"Excellent staff, great room at a great price, and they had a bingo night on that was packed to the rafters and a lot of fun! Highly recommend staying here if you’re in Dublin!"
"27/01/2023. Ordered a toasted ham and cheese with chips and a tea for lunch. When the waitress brought it to me there were 6-8 small oven chips on an almost empty plate along with the small sandwich. I asked her could I get some more chips. The manager then approached me and asked if everything was ok. When I told him that I was really surprised at how mean the portions were and that I had asked for a few more chips he asked if I wanted to order another portion - I said no, that all I wanted was a few more chips with the dish I'd ordered. He returned a few minutes later and told me that he'd asked the chef but the chef said no. The chef said he shouldn't have served me the ham and cheese if I was hungry and that the new cafe in the park sells bigger portions for €7.50. I asked him to tell the chef that for the few cents it would have cost him to give me a handful more chips that he'd just lost a customer and that i'd never return - the manager shrugged his shoulders and walked away. I left hungry and €10.50 less well off. Avoid."
"Our first time in Dublin, Kennedy's was a fantastic experience! Leroy made sure we were more than comfortable and gave our group of three a larger room to accommodate us for our 4 night stay. Everyone was so welcoming and kind. The food and beer were also delicious, as well as the live music. An excellent experience overall and next time we are in Dublin, we know where we will stay!"
