"I had to book this hotel last minute as my spouse’s flight was cancelled because of the protest at the Port Tunnel thus there was traffic delays. The hotel provided the best price (in terms of Dublin hotel prices) for a last minute booking. It wasn’t a fancy hotel , pretty simple. The soundproofing from other rooms should be improved, and obviously naturally this applies to most Dublin hotels in general ,the price should be more reasonable. 90euro for this hotel is overpriced it should be realistic (minimum 60 euro and maximum 70euro). The staff were friendly reasonable and polite though. In addition to all of what I said , the rooms didn’t have a hairdryer which I should mention. The shower is a very good quality shower though, and the towels provided are clean. I’d only stay here if it was a last minute essential."

"Room was not cleaned overnight. When I arrived the room was not clean and the towels were wet on the ground with stains that looked like blood. ew."

"Worst Experience Ever!!!!!!! Stayed at the hotel for a night and I was extorted 200 euro because I was vaping but they claimed I was smoking.(vaping is not generally included in the smoking ban by law). I was fined 200 euro cash, denied a receipt for the fine and I paid the fine in the promise they would let me stay in the hotel for the night since trying to find a different hotel at 11pm would be impossible so close to a big holiday so I accepted to pay the 200 euro extortion to be able to stay in the room but to my surprise I was kicked out half hour later anyways. Worst Hotel Experience Ever!!!!"

"Had a short but pleasant stay at this hotel, felt more like a fancy hostel - with their no fuss sleep directed petite rooms. Hotel is brand new and the cleanliness of the rooms reflected this! I was so impressed by the central location and the double room we stayed in for such a low price. Staff were very friendly and accommodating too, special thanks to Jade at reception for such a warm welcome on our arrival! All in all, I’ll say; great value for the mere €80 we spent on the room for one night, which included a lovely power shower, clean bathroom, towels & toiletries, a very comfortable double bed and (my favourite part of all); a huge flat screen tv which was comfortably enjoyed like a cinema experience from the bed. The hotel didn’t have any typical hotel amenities at time of writing, but frankly there wasn’t a need with so many restaurants and shops within walking distance. If I had any complaints; it would only be the thin walls and lack of soundproofing which lead to a very high noise level heard from within the room in the early morning - Although this was expected, based on the nightlife central location of the hotel very much so in the heart of Dublin, it did put a small damper in the experience as I found it difficult to sleep even with use of the hotel’s generously offered free disposable earplugs.That said, construction was ongoing inside the hotel and they may be working towards fixing this.
