"Had to give it a star so I could leave a review but honestly wouldn't recommend these, but felt the need to highlight the atrocious work The extension breaches planning control (confirmed by the council) - goes above the eaves, they were rude and abrupt, and dropped debris (nails, wooden, roofing material, sand , fibreglass) in neighbour's garden. They also claimed they couldn't do pebbledash on the side wall of the extension as there's insufficient room as there's a boundary wall close by; and they would need access from neighbour's property to do despite the fact there is a 6ft wall between the properties - so no possible way of doing the lower part from the neighbour's side. It currently still hasn't got any pebbledash or been rendered properly, so unless it is the weather will get to it. They've damaged the soffit board and guttering, just left it without either repairing it or mentioning it. Thanks to them neither the owner or the neighbour are now talking to each other, which is a shame as they got on until the extension was done."
