"Since my review of a few weeks ago (below), I have had two internal doors, plus one external, replaced. One door was particularly tricky to fit since the frame is no longer square, but Russell and Alan did a really excellent job on all the doors, and I'm very pleased with them. They were also very careful not to make a mess in the house. Russell carried one of the doors up and down stairs several times so that he could plane it outside (on a dust sheet) to avoid shavings and sawdust inside. Highly recommended! Previous review: I have, so far, had four doors (2 external) replaced by NRT, a radiator cover made to measure, staircase spindles replaced, window frame repaired (sections replaced), and a window sash replaced. In all cases, the quality of the work and professionalism was exemplary. All the above work was done by Russell and Alan, who really make an effort to do the work to the highest standard possible. They are also friendly, relaxed and considerate, and generally a pleasure to have around."
