"Went to pick up an online order, given my slip and told to collect from the warehouse, then told by warehouse wasn't in stock and they had checked yesterday (but hadn't informed me). Went back to the office to get a refund, no apology and no explanation of why online said it was in stock and warehouse did not have it. Poor customer service."
