"Shockingly bad customer service. Avoid at all costs. I went in to return a pair of boots if I’d bought for my Mam during lockdown. Apparently “return” here means a credit note. I refused a credit note as I had been assured on purchase that I could return them if they didn’t fit. My Mother is cocooning and will not go into a shop to try on boots. Staff were aggressive and confrontational and made every effort to bully and intimidate me into accepting a credit note. “You’re the type of person who is causing smaller shops to go under” was shouted at me leaving the shop. In future I will shop one of the many other Dublin based online shoe stores that are a pleasure to deal with."
