"**€120 LOSS FOR CUSTOMER BECAUSE OF A CARELESS STAFF** Went in and checked with the girl on checkout that I received two gifts by someone and needed to change as sizes were wrong and explained I have an online digital receipt, She replied and confirmed I can change anything under the value of €120 as my two products was worth €120. I asked if it’s possible to put the rest money on gift card She confirmed yes. So I went and got a pair of shoes now approached to checkout and seen another lady wearing glasses. I explained and said I want to exchange these shoes but against these two gift products which I do not need as per sizes. Now this lady acting like she knows everything but actually she is trying to tell me that’s not possible as the money will be refunded on the card . I explained again as I confirmed with other girl before even I went to get shoes that the rest of the money can be put on gift card. Anyhow she does her clicks on the keyboard and give me receipt and says nothing and then scan the shoes and ask me it’s €69 and I goes but I just explained you, This lady who knows it all tells me sorry you have given wrong information by someone. Now at this stage I got the answer that she does know nothing but really said that to me to make her colleague look like nothing? I just left then I made a call next day to make a complaint about the situation and about the lady who knows it all but actually knows nothing to the manager EMILY, I got told to check the receipt who done the refund as it tells on the receipt who served! Which was Hayley! I explained to EMILY I am not able to ask as it was a gift from my colleague to give me back the money as because this Lady who knows it all did a mess up! EMILY said she will speak to store manger and come back to me. It’s been a week now EMILY I am still waiting."

"One of the few places to get good clothes. There are only a very few collections for men, but great collections for women and kids. There are not enough employees to handle the customers. Sometimes they give some sales offers. The fact that it is inside the shopping centre makes it convenient. I recommend this place."

"Went in to buy a suit nobody had any interest in serving me and when I did ask someone where the trousers to match a suit jacket might be they just said "don't know, probably not in stock". Don't waist your time!"

"Waited for 5 minutes in the queue. I was the last person. Two staffs at the till - one is serving a customer and the other one doing nothing. I went to the latter with the pair of socks I wanted to buy. Told me to wait a second. After a minute he told his colleague he is done for the day and he’s leaving. When walking away he just told me his other colleague would look after me. She was processing a refund, so was taking time, which is normal. I kept thinking the other guy could have just looked after me, i was the last person in the queue! You can imagine I never bought those socks. And not planning anh trip down there anytime soon."
