"Terrible attitude from shop manager when I enquired about exchanging an item (directly for same item in one size down)that was tagged but I had received as a gift and had no receipt for. The other staff had seemed willing to help and one even attempted to scan the item in question but was prevented in doing so by the manager. As I was leaving the store she was then extremely rude guffawing behind my back to another person on the queue. Avoid this store and buy Vila items for 20-30 % less in TK Maxx."
