"We really enjoyed our meals. My brother had the pork and I had the Monkfish. Both were delicious. Had a good bottle of wine too. A little expensive (55€ each), but worth it. Staff very pleasant and helpful."
"Really average pub grub for the price of a gastro pub. Don’t be deceived by the looks and the clientele. The portions were tiny and lacked any flavour. We had the vegetarian spaghetti and the sea bass."
"Myself and my mum finally tried the newly renovated Gables. We just came for a few drinks on Sunday. The staff were very attentive, one waiter made sure to clear the tables of the rainwater and then he came back quickly with our drinks. We got a gin and tonic and a whiskey sour to start. You can order any cocktail you like. But a list on the drinks menu would be nice too. After that we ordered 2 glasses of wine. The rose was lovely and the glasses are very cool. The decor is aesthetically pleasing and the high top chairs are so comfy."
