"Firstly, the photos of the garlic and wedges are what we opened when we arrived home from collecting our order (after already having receiving the wrong delivery from littlehampton branch this evening) just to note the garlic bread was cold and not cooked through properly. We asked for double mushroom on one of our large pizzas... as you can guess, there wasn't double mushroom and actually less than x1 mushroom. They also forgot to give us our bottle of pepsi that was included in our meal deal! I called the store to complain straight away at 20:21 this evening and spoke to Ash who advised he was the manager. Not a very good one (customer service was poor and wasn't willing to resolve, no matter how much he explained he "understood")as he explained they were to busy to deal with my complaint and didn't want to resolve or correct the issue again, as they were too busy (no excuse) Ash wasn't able to help with providing a number or email for their complaints department or head office which as manager he should know! I am absolutely disgusted how we have been treated by pizza hut this evening that we will not ordering from them again!"
